These terms govern your access to and use of the MoveSignal website. By using the site, you accept these terms. MoveSignal is in development and operating in draft mode pending launch approval.

MoveSignal is a property intelligence platform providing research and information. It does not provide regulated financial advice and is not authorised to do so. Valuations are estimates and opportunity scores are research indicators — neither is a guarantee of any outcome.

2. No offer

Nothing on the site constitutes an offer to sell, source or introduce any property, investment or service. Commercial property sourcing and paid introductions are not currently available. Investor registration does not guarantee access to properties or investment opportunities.

3. Accuracy

Research draws on available property-market signals and listing information. We take care with content but do not warrant that any information is complete, current or error-free. Data availability varies by location and property. You should carry out your own due diligence.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to access data you are not authorised to access. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably consider these terms to have been breached.

5. Intellectual property

The MoveSignal brand, design and original content are owned or licensed by MoveSignal. Illustrative examples and research layouts are provided for demonstration only.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MoveSignal excludes liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on the site. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the platform as it develops. This content is prepared for review before public launch.
