When you register as an investor or submit a contact enquiry, we may collect: your full name, email address, telephone number (optional), company name (optional), investment preferences (budget, locations, property types, investment strategies and funding approach) and your consent preferences. We do not request or store sensitive financial documents through the website at this stage.
3. Why we use it
We use your information to: respond to your enquiry, record your investment preferences, keep you informed about the platform as it develops (where you have consented), and improve the quality and relevance of our research. We do not use your data to make automated investment decisions about you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry and operating the platform. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Where secure server-side integrations are used to connect to our property intelligence infrastructure, data is handled through secure, access-controlled channels. Sensitive operations and any protected property information are handled server-side and are not exposed in website code.
